Under our Cost-Plus agreement, change orders are processed with the same transparency as any other project expense. While we apply our standard fee to these items, we do not charge additional ‘administrative fees’ for processing changes. However, we encourage finalizing selections early; mid-construction changes often trigger cascading schedule delays and can create logistical challenges for our subcontractors.
