Throughout my career, I have maintained a relentless focus on quality control, site safety, and the seamless execution of complex builds. By combining decades of field experience with a deep understanding of structural planning and project budgeting, I ensure that every project we undertake is delivered to the highest professional standards.

Because I was born and raised here, I feel a deep personal investment in the growth of our community. I remain a hands-on leader, coordinating everything from our Buildertrend workflows to the final architectural details of landmark projects like 469 Severn Ave. I take great pride in turning design renders into high-quality homes for my fellow Floridians. When I’m not on-site, you can usually find me enjoying my time out on the water.

Hi, I’m Landon, managing partner and Head of Business Development. I’ve built my career on merging a high-level analytical background with a "boots-on-the-ground" expertise in construction. To bring a unique edge to the building process, I earned my degree in Economics from the University of South Florida. This background allows me to lead Business Development with a focus on fiscal responsibility and long-term value for my clients.

While I was born in Michigan, I’ve spent most of my life in the Tampa area. Understanding Florida’s unique environment, I believe that true luxury starts with a build that is engineered to last for generations. I pride myself on being a partner who understands both the complex math of the investment and the technical grit of the job site.

When I’m not helping clients navigate their builds, I’m usually making the most of the Florida outdoors. Whether I’m out fishing, golfing, or spending time with my dog, Tucker, I believe in staying connected to the community and the landscape that we call home.

Hello, I’m David Trexler, and as your Project Manager, I will be your main point of contact throughout the entire building process. I oversee every step of construction, ensuring that we adhere to the timeline and budget while effectively coordinating all activities. I will handle the permitting process and maintain consistent communication with the architect and engineers to efficiently move your plans toward approval. Above all, I am committed to ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the entire build.

I bring over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. I started my career as a framer, eventually owning my own framing crew, and grew into a Construction Manager overseeing numerous custom homes. This hands-on background gives me a deep understanding of every phase of construction, which I leverage to ensure your project's success.

In my free time, I enjoy playing pool and spending time with my wife and family.

As your Design Coordinator, we will work side-by-side to select the fixtures and finishes that make your home uniquely yours. I know this journey can feel overwhelming, so I’m here to keep the process organized and enjoyable! My mission is to make sure you feel seen and heard throughout the project, ensuring the final result is a true reflection of your lifestyle.

I bring a distinctive edge to the design process. After design school, I began my career as a Project Manager and Site Supervisor for a custom home builder. That foundational construction knowledge means I don’t just understand how a finish looks—I understand how it installs and performs. I have worn a lot of hats over the years and strongly believe in doing whatever it takes to do right by the client to get the job done correctly.

While I’m a proud Florida native, I have also called California and Australia home. I have a passion for traveling to new destinations and immersing myself in new experiences.

Outside of work, I love finding my rhythm—whether that’s through Pilates, rollerblading, or playing guitar and singing!

I come from an accounting background and have worked in finance and project coordination within the residential construction industry since 2017. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong ability to bring structure, accuracy, and transparency to complex projects. Clear communication and honesty are values I take seriously. You’ll always know where things stand, and I’m here to support you through every step of the process.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new restaurants, traveling to experience different cultures, and spending time with my family. I’m originally from Venezuela, and I bring that warmth and energy into everything I do.

Hi! I’m Johanna. As the Project Accounting Coordinator for Homes by TBB, I ensure accuracy and transparency at every stage of the purchasing and billing process. I verify quantities, selections, pricing, and vendor invoices so each project is billed correctly and stays aligned with its budget. I support the team by organizing purchase orders, reviewing invoices, tracking lien waivers, monitoring vendor compliance, and keeping all documentation up to date. With a focus on clarity, precision, and consistency, I make sure no detail is overlooked. My goal is to help every project run smoothly, protect the budget, and make the financial side of building seamless for both our clients and our team.

Graduated as a Business Administrator and Journalist, and with experience as an account executive, I bring the skills to keep your projects organized, on track, and running smoothly. I manage every detail behind the scenes so you can focus on your vision with confidence.

On a personal note, I am a proud Venezuelan mom who draws inspiration and energy from my loving family. I enjoy dancing, kayaking, daily workouts, volleyball, and reading a good book on the beach. My greatest treasures—my husband, daughter, and loved ones—are my sanctuary and motivation to give my very best every day.

I serve as the Estimator for Homes by Tampa Bay Builds, bringing over 20 years of experience in high-end residential custom builds, luxury commercial projects, and production-based residential developments. I approach planning and budgeting with a blend of precision and creativity—ensuring each project begins with a clear vision, refined detail, and a strong foundation for exceptional execution.

When I’m away from the office, I represent various graffiti and street artists featured in galleries and on walls throughout Tampa Bay. I also serve on the board of a local non-profit dedicated to providing art education and access to professional tools and materials for disadvantaged communities.
